Unfortunately it has become ingrained in our societies that women are the weaker more feeble gender that can fulfill only certain roles. As women are shunned it is important to remember to simply practice mindfulness. Let yourself rest in a state of being that simply sees these injustices as dark clouds moving along. Do not engage with them and do not ignore them, see them for the reality they represent and then wave goodbye as they float away. By doing this you will feel a sense of confidence and calm that is deserving of your dignified self.
